1. What this portal is
The Envisionit Client Portal gives your team a single place to see the work we are doing for you — campaigns, creative, reporting, and paperwork. Access is granted by Envisionit and only to people your company has named.
2. Your account
You sign in with your work Google or Microsoft account, or with a one-time link sent to your work email. Keep that email account secure, and tell us right away if someone leaves your team so we can remove their access.
3. What you can do with the content
Everything in the portal is for your company's internal use. You may download, share, and use it inside your organization. Please do not publish or resell it without asking us first.
4. What we ask of you
Use the portal for its intended purpose, do not attempt to reach data belonging to another company, and do not upload anything unlawful or harmful.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times, and we will give notice before planned maintenance. Occasionally something breaks; when it does we fix it quickly and let you know.
6. Ending access
Either of us can end portal access at any time. If our engagement ends, we will keep your account open for 30 days so you can export what you need.
