1. What we collect
Your name, work email, company, role, and the pages you visit inside the portal. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft we receive your name, email, and profile photo — nothing else from that account.
2. Why we collect it
To sign you in, to show you the right company and the right modules, to keep an audit trail of access changes, and to make the portal better.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your data, we do not use it to target advertising at you, and we do not share it with other clients. Your company's campaign data is never mixed with anyone else's.
4. Who else sees it
Only the Envisionit team assigned to your account, and the service providers who host and secure the portal on our behalf. They are bound by the same commitments.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, plus 12 months. Activity logs are kept for 24 months so we can answer questions about who changed what.
6. Your choices
Ask us at any time for a copy of your data, a correction, or a deletion. Write to privacy@envisionitagency.com and we will respond within 30 days.
